NUDAKE is a combination of three words: New, Different, and Cake. It means that it is a dessert that has a newness that has not been seen in the existing F&B industry, but is also delicious!

 

I strongly felt that the existing frame for dessert was broken geometrically and defiantly and viewed as a work of art as a dessert.
